Our Service Process

Once you reach out to Wicker Plumbing, we get started solving your plumbing problems right away. We’ll set you up with a same-day appointment if possible and work to accommodate your schedule when we establish a time for our plumbers to pay you a visit.

Our team will arrive at your door as promised, at the agreed-upon time, with all the equipment necessary to address your issues. And while we charge a flat $39 service fee, we waive that cost if you agree to proceed with the work our plumbers recommend once they’ve diagnosed or confirmed your plumbing problems. Of course, we’ll let you know the total cost of the work before you agree to it!

Once a plan is established, we’ll get to work putting it into motion. And if you have any questions at any point, we’ll be happy to answer them. We got into this business because we love helping people find real, practical solutions to the issues that matter to them, so if there’s anything you want to know about your plumbing, we’ll tell you.
